This Program is used only in the State of Texas for Appealing Evictions of Judgments.  You will only have five (5) days to file this form with the Justice of the Peace Court where you got Evicted.  Once you file this form, your Eviction Judgment will be VACATED (CANCELLED) and the case will start all over again in the County Court.  The County Court will Send you a new Case number, and you will have a second chance at proving your IMMEDIATE RIGHT TO POSSESSION.
