Normally right after you file for bankruptcy, your secured creditors will storm into court and file a motion entitled" MOTION FOR RELIEF FROM STAY" requesting the bankruptcy court to terminate the automatic stay, so that it can foreclose or take other action in state court.
You will need to file an answer to this motion, so that the motion does not go unopposed. If you lose the motion, you can file a notice of appeal within ten (10) days from the entry of the bankruptcy judge's order.
